Ragnarok came and passed, and they were left alone, without scores of warriors willing to fight for them to enter Valhalla. The gods of Valhalla have not had faithful followers in millennia. Let's not forget: The Valkyries personally come for him.The ending, when the Viking warrior finally gets his wish: to die at the hands of another great warrior (Jack), thus freeing him from his curse, and earning him passage into Valhalla.Jack still forgives them, knowing how hard life is under Aku's evil. The Triseraquins are deeply shamed and feel their actions are unforgivable. Even after the Triseraquins betray Jack to Aku, he still saves them and helps their city to return to the ocean surface. ![]() They even give Jack a bag of it to take with him at the end. After so long being in this strange time and place, it's nice seeing him enjoy a little taste of home. Anyone who knows anything about comfort food knows that feling. It's hard not to smile at his Jack's excitement seeing the mountain of sushi or how much he clearly enjoys the meal.
